Base Jump accident

Every year, there are an average 150 skydiving problems. Only a few caus injuries or death as there are some rescue parachute. The problem is that in base jumping, it is almost useless to have one as you have not got the time to open the second parachute. It can be useful only if you are locked on a cliff and you want to ju^mp again, like this man in this video on the bridge of San Francisco:

The Petronas tower in Malasia are the most popular spot for competitions. Of course, accident have already  happened:
